Shipping & Rates

All orders are shipped from Tokyo via Japan Post Airmail with full tracking included. Shipping costs are calculated by weight in 1kg increments — the heavier your order, the higher the shipping cost. You can see your exact shipping cost at checkout once your destination country is entered.

All orders are dispatched from Tokyo within 1–3 business days via Japan Post with full tracking provided. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 6–14 days for standard airmail.

Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of collectible TCG products, returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases: the item never arrived, arrived damaged, or was incorrectly sent. Opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with pack contents. All damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
