Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of collectible TCG products, returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases: the item never arrived, arrived damaged, or was incorrectly sent. Opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with pack contents. All damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
